When you purchase a ‘branded giveaway’ item, you will receive an email requesting details of your order and any specific message, artwork, design, font or colours to be included.
We will then create your product within 72 hours and provide you design copy to approve.
Once approved the items will be produced and dispatched to you. From approval, anticipated delivery times are:
Stickers: 7 days. Magnets: 7 days. Badges: 14 days. Keyrings: 21 days.
When you purchase any of our ‘cards for business’ or ‘social media banner’ products, you will receive a short email questionnaire and invitation to book a call.
The questionnaire is for you to provide an initial overview of your desired outcome, and any specific message, artwork, design, font or colours to be included.
The call is then to ensure clarity and that we fully understand your requirement.
Thereafter we create the design. We will provide copy to you by email for your approval.
Although we always aim to get the brief right first time, we appreciate that sometimes changes are needed, so offer up to 3 adjustments to each order.
Once you have approved the design, you are provided a non-watermarked digital copy, either for your use online; or ready to upload directly to your social media profiles.
When you purchase a brochure, you will receive a short email questionnaire and invitation to book a call.
The questionnaire is for you to provide an initial overview of your desired content, key messages, images, artwork, design, font or colours to be included.
The call is then to ensure clarity and that we fully understand your requirement.
Thereafter we create the design. We aim to have the final design with you within 14 days of you providing all required supporting content.
If you aren’t providing any supporting content and would like just stock images and content, the 14 days begins after the design review call.
Once the design is completed, we will provide copy to you for your approval. This will be ether by email or DropBox (depending on project size).
Although we always aim to get the brief first time, we appreciate that sometimes changes are needed, so offer up to 3 adjustments to the design.
If you have a lot of repeat business, then loyalty cards or gift cards may provide the personal touch for your clients. If you tend to network and meet in person then business cards or brochures may be relevant.
If your message is mostly online, then do make sure your social media banners are on point.
Remember though, your marketing style may vary throughout the year. So being on top of your marketing plan and utilising the style best suited at the time it’s needed, will ensure maximum return on your business marketing spend.

As the product is made to order we cannot offer a refund unless a) the product does not match the approved artwork or b) the product is physically faulty (we may ask you to return faulty products to us before we can issue a refund).

If you cancel at design review stage, we provide full refund – assuming advised within 10 days of purchase.
No refund provided if design review has been held, and we have started the process of designing.
