When you sign-up with us, we’ll drop you an email with our brand brief. This is a short questionnaire about your business and is crucial for us to understand your brand. We also invite you to schedule a call.
At that point we’ll talk to ensure we’re in full agreement regarding your desired post content, message and purpose.
You then provide login details for your existing social media accounts (or we can create new ones if you don’t have any) and we get to work. We aim to go from signup to launch within a week although it may take a little longer depending on workloads.
Thereafter we prepare posts for the coming week by Friday of the week before. These are available for you to view (should you want to).
Should you have any specific product or message to share during the month, just let us know in advance.

By outsourcing your social media content and management may give you the freedom to focus on other aspects of the business, safe in the knowledge that your new business brand is being developed and grown.
For social media content, there are three stages following your package purchase: brand brief review, content design and live posting.
If you change your mind and choose to cancel at brand brief review stage, we allow you to cancel your booking with a full refund – assuming you advise us within 10 days of purchasing the package.
If you advise us that you’d like to cancel the package at brand brief review stage between 11 and 21 days after purchase, we provide 50% refund. If 22 days or longer, we don’t provide refund.
Thereafter for the design stage we prepare the social media content in advance. This is so that you can view it on the Friday for the following week (should you choose to) and be satisfied with what is being posted.
If you change your mind and choose to cancel package once we are in the design or posting stage, then you will receive a pro-rata refund of any weeks for which we haven’t prepared content.
For example on week 2 we prepare content for week 3. So cancelling in week 1 would have 50% refund, week 2 would have 25% and week 3 or week 4 would have no refund.
