this is how we do business

We set ourselves the highest standards of professional conduct. We uphold and measure ourselves to these standards. We expect our clients, suppliers and everyone we do business with to have the same professional conduct ethos.

We look forward to working with you. These are our terms and conditions. By placing an order for a package or product, you are accepting that you have read and agree to these in full:

  1. Payment for any of our packages or products requires to be cleared in full before we commence work
  2. Payments must be paid through the online booking system, with receipts provided automatically.
  3. There are no rolling contracts. Each purchase is either of a specified package or a product. At this time, we don’t offer subscription or direct debit payment options.
  4. Any meetings would be held at The Login Lounge, Camberley, 34 Park St, GU15 3PL. This is also the contact address given for the business. We may by exception be able to meet at client business premises or at third party location, subject entirely to our discretion and approval.
  5. We aren’t obliged to take your business. If we are uncomfortable with your marketing or content request – or if we are uncomfortable with your trading business due to moral, ethical or personal reasons – we can cancel your order and provide you a full refund.
  6. To access your social media channels, we can either use a third party scheduling tool – the cost of which would be the obligation of yourself as customer. Or you can provide login details to your social media channels.
  7. We will not share any logon details you provide outside The Outsource Business, and will restrict access internally to only those parties that require them to fulfil their roles in delivering your product or package.
  8. We don’t accept inappropriate, aggressive or threatening language or behaviour, and have the right to cancel any package without refund in such circumstance.
  9. Printed items are created and distributed by third party businesses. When you complete your order through us, you are acknowledging this position and accepting that any unforeseen delays in print and dispatch are not the fault or liability of The Outsource Business.
  10. The marketing strategy and business strategy packages are to provide you as client a sounding board and safe space to discuss your business. During our sessions we may explore a range of ideas for your business, the final decision on which strategies to pursue is yours alone as business owner. While many of these may be great successes, as is the nature of business, some may not be as successful as you hope – under these circumstances, there will be no fault,  liability or obligation of The Outsource Business.

 

Refund policies per product

Social media content:

If you cancel at brand brief review stage, we provide a full refund – assuming advised within 10 days of purchase. If advised between 11 and 21 days after purchase, we provide 50% refund. If 22 days or longer, we don’t provide refund.

To cancel package in the design or posting stage, you will receive a pro-rata refund of any weeks for which we haven’t prepared content. Cancelling in week 1 has 50% refund, week 2 has 25% and week 3 or week 4 no refund.

Social media management

If you cancel at brand brief review stage, we provide a full refund – assuming advised within 10 days of purchase. If you choose to cancel after this timescale or once we have started representing you, the service will be cancelled but no refund granted.

Blog writing

If you cancel at blog content review stage, we provide full refund – assuming advised within 10 days of purchase.  

No refund provided if content review has been held, and we have started to write the blogs.

Press Release with Distribution

If you cancel at press release review stage, we provide full refund – assuming advised within 10 days of purchase.  

No refund provided if press release review has been held, and we have started the process of writing and distributing.

Marketing Strategy / Business Strategy

Our ‘15 Minute Guarantee’ – within 15 minutes of the first session you can cancel and receive full refund. Thereafter no refund is provided.

Branded giveaways

We do not produce the physical items until we have your approval to the design artwork. As the product is made to order we cannot offer a refund unless a) the product does not match the approved artwork or b) the product is physically faulty (we may ask you to return faulty products to us before we can issue a refund).

Cards for business and social media banners

If you cancel at design review stage, we provide full refund – assuming advised within 10 days of purchase.  

No refund provided if design review has been held, and we have started the process of designing.

We do not produce the physical items until we have your approval to the design artwork. As the product is made to order we cannot offer a refund unless a) the product does not match the approved artwork or b) the product is physically faulty (we may ask you to return faulty products to us before we can issue a refund).

Brochures

If you cancel at design review stage, we provide full refund – assuming advised within 10 days of purchase.  

No refund provided if design review has been held, and we have started the content design process.

We do not produce the physical brochures until we have your approval to the design. As the brochures are made to order we cannot offer a refund. In event of a) the product not matching the approved artwork or b) the product is physically faulty, we will provide you replacement printed copies.
